I mean it when I say I’m into Connected Families + In Love Couples. My focus is always on how you interact and connect with the people you’re with. The way you hold hands, the way your toddler blows kisses and the way your fiancé looks at you when you laugh. I’m interested in making art that is centered around your authentic, emotional self. You, just the way you are. Nothing forced or false- only genuine shining personalities and honest smiles. I am always down to roll in the grass or splash in a creek. I love when your hair blows in the wind and steaming coffee warms you in the hazy sunrise. Really, I want to make art with you, your family, your fiancé, your baby bump. Your images will be warm and soft and moody and colorful and will take your breath away.

Connected, emotional, free form, in the moment, unposed, unscripted. You + yours just. as. you. are. Yes, you’ll get the mantle shot for grandma with everyone smiling and looking at the camera but after that? We dance + play + have a good time!
what’s included?
One hour together, styling guide + access to my client wardrobe and all the images. Fresh 48’s and newborn sessions may go a little longer depending on how mom and baby are feeling. When your portraits are done, a HUGE gallery will be delivered to you in an online password protected gallery.
what to expect
My sessions are laidback and fun! My clients often leave their sessions telling me how stress free their session was and what a good time they had! We will meet an hour prior to sunset and shoot into blue hour. I will give you prompts that will make you laugh, play, dance and cuddle the ish outta each other. If your little boy want to chase frogs or your fella wants to skateboard or you want deep romantic kisses- I’m gonna follow your in-love-lead and see where our emotions take us!
what do I wear?
Let me help with that! After you book you will be sent my custom wardrobe guide complete with pallets + examples of what to (and what NOT to) wear! I am available to my clients to answer any and all styling questions! Perhaps one of my favorite parts of the job, right here, so I always try to be as hands on as possible!
where will we shoot?
This is totally up to you! I personally prefer to shoot in golden sunset light at various outdoor locations! That being said, I adore in-home lifestyle sessions, sessions at your favorite pub or going to whatever special spot you suggest! Fresh 48’s take place in your hospital room and newborn sessions take place in your home unless we plan otherwise!
what happens after our session?
I will start as quick as I can hand editing your gallery. Approximately 4-6 weeks after your session you will be sent a link to an online gallery to view and download your images.
The Details
All portrait sessions require a half down nonrefundable deposit and signed contract. Once you book, you will be sent several documents including my wardrobe guide and questionnaire so we can better plan your session! Portrait sessions include a gallery of 20 high resolution images and a print release. My print release does not grant permission to print at big box stores such as Walmart and Walgreens where I cannot verify correct color or print quality. I have partnered with an awesome print house that always does an amazing job at a reasonable price. Various print options include prints, canvases, metal prints and albums! Please note: I do not shoot in inclimate weather including heavy cloud cover. These sessions will be rescheduled at no additional fee.
